Suggestion Description: A fumey (If that's a word) 1.9TDi Passat B5 that smokes like crazy! Has 55mph stock, 62 mph Upgrade 1, 70 mph Upgrade 2.
Each upgrade should be 170k and the stock price should be around 400k. Comes as a 5 door Wagon

Why should this be added?:
- Cures Depression
- Smokes a lot
- Volkswagen does not have enough cars in the game

What negatives could this have?:
- Server lag (Car's smoke is adjustable in the the F1 menu and is automatically off)

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Depression, Everything listed on the "Legalise Smoke" Billboard
