11.3 Add punishment

Is this a new law or a change to a current law: No

What law do you wish to change/add: 11.3
Add a punishment something along the lines of. The property will be inspected to check if it has been adapted. If it has not the property owner etc will be handed a notice of eviction and will need to vacate in X hours/days etc .

Why should this change/addition be made: So that we can punish people for it?

What is the aim of this change/addition: To prevent this law from being another grey area.

Section 3 outlines the premises for entering a private property. Searches are not a 'punishment' they are a tool which are only to be used where necessary.
