There is currently no law stating that you may not park in a handicap space.
What is the aim of this change:
This would add more RP and allow for handicapped permits to be added.

Players not following this sign would be charged with 12.5.

Unless a way to get a disabled badge is added this would make these parking slots useless and cannot be used legally.

I don't see this doing any good

We don't have premise to stop people parking here, as there is no official designation of disability in Paralake. These spaces are to be left by the public as an act of courtesy only.
