Description of the idea:
Adding 2 new casino related jobs.
First idea: Casino Floor Manager.
The floor manager of a casino is a bloke who hangs around the casino, usually a manager, who ensures everyone's having fun and to encourage the casino to be a social environment.
How the "Floor manager" gets paid:
- They will receive a $45 default paycheck.
- For every jackpot at a slot machine, the floor manager will receive $500.
- For every poker game played, the floor manager will receive $100
- For every blackjack win (Player win), the floor manager will receive $100.
The job of the floor manager will be:
- To ensure that everyones having a good time and to encourage a positive social environment in the casino.
- When there is a large scale casino win, the floor manager can reward that player with a beer, cigarettes, or a food item.
- The floor manager will have the ability to eject someone from a slot machine, or to manually ban someone from gambling for 10 minutes.
The clothing for a floor manager can be:
- Grey suit top.
- Grey suit pants (Male) or Grey Skirt (Female)
- Gold aviators
- Gold rings on fingers.
Casino management should have its own rules under section 4 of the rules, such as:
- The casino manager must remain inside the general vicinity of the casino, but can visit Roxies diner for food. (maybe a feature can be implemented keeping them contained)
- Misuse of the casino ban feature will result in a blacklist.
Why should this be added? (pros):
- Good passive job for people who like the social aspect of the casino.
- Credible source of info for Police who respond to harassment cases at the casino.
What negatives could this have? (cons):
- Potential for misuse.
Second job idea:
Casino security guard / bouncer.
The description of a Casino Security guard is self explanatory. Casino Security Guards will have the following equipment:
- Handcuffs, with the ability to drag people.
- Maybe a Baton (That only works inside the casino lobby area, Idea by @Mim )
- Communication radio between security guards
- A tool to eject people from slot machines.
- A "Panic" button. (The panic button will send an alert to police text chat, rather than appearing as a panic, officers will get a message saying "A Casino worker has pressed his panic button".
Casino security will NOT Receive a firearm as it is unnecessary for the job and gives less abuse possibility.
The model for the security guard could just be a white shirt with the black waistcoat, Black suit pants, Sports shades and a black baseball cap.
Considerations for these jobs:
- Limiting how far from the casino a guard / manager can go or how long they can be outside the casino area for.
- Preventing security guard handcuffs from functioning outside the casino.
- Having staff tools to undo any misuse of the Casino ban feature.

- Acts as an enforcer for the casino manager.
- Works on preventing negativity inside the casino.
- Credible source of info for Police who respond to harassment cases at the casino.
