2 problems with my laptop/server for me

Hello perpheads community!
So Yesterday I started to unsubscribe the content that I didn't need, I also deleted something like perpheads v3 or something, so I joined the server again and I was missing car textures, of nearly every car on the server!
I did also delete TDM cars.

Second problem: My fps was fine some days ago, but now it's just worse and worse, I cannot play normally without freezing (fps drops) every 4 seconds or something like that. My Laptop is already shit, but the fps has never been this shit somehow. Anyone know how to just make it a little bit better?

Source 2 is shit. Ether get a better machine or fiddle around with some CFG's

I Suggest you to try out Geforce Now. That helped me alot with FPS issues because it uses some 12 core I7 Server CPU and i think a 1080TI As their GPU
EDIT: ALl you need is good internet connection because the game will get streamed on your PC

Oh yes and btw the more player are online the less FPS you gonna have. maybe thats why its getting "Worser and worser"
