Is this a new law or a change to a current law: Change

What law do you wish to change/add:

3.8 Right to Enter Private Property
Government Officials such as LEO's, Medics and firefighters may enter any private property if it is necessary for the execution of their duties, Law enforcement officers may not remain on a Private Property if asked to leave by the property owner unless this would obstruct an investigation into a criminal offence, any Law enforcement officer who fails to do so commits the offence of trespassing. However, any Law enforcement officer may deny this request if the owner is deemed to be placing himself or anyone else at serious risk by not allowing Law Enforcement to enter their property. E.g From an uncontrollable fire.

Why should this change/addition be made: This is currently enforced but nowhere is it in the laws.

What is the aim of this change/addition: Officers acting from their rights by the law and not what they think are their rights from common sense.

Additional Information: Don't get me wrong I'm the first person to get pissed when my meth blows up and 6 cops want to run in with fire extinguishers just to see if they can see drugs. But I've tried to word the law so there's a difference between my stove caught fire and Osama bin Laden just tried to pick up 25 of my meth.

What would happen in the scenario that there is an out of control fire in the building but there's no one inside?

We shouldn't forget the premise of Civil Trespass in which if there is an opening for entry that does not involve using unorthodox or forced entry the person has freedom to enter although can be escorted off the property if caught.

I know that there isn't too many times that a door is just left open to enter but I believe that it should still be stated in this law.

This would apply to all types of people, not just law enforcement.

This would aid us quite a bit. But this is what we can use 2.1 and 2.2 for. It's not only for defending yourself from a stabbing or gunfire.

If there is a controllable fire, use 2.1 and 2.2 to then order them away using law 3.9 - if they fail to do so you can detain them under law 6.5 and then drag them out of the property.

But I still see this addition making it much easier for officers to do their job.
