I've only seen him being super helpful, everytime someone asks something in /help chat, he is always there to help with proper descriptive responses.
Not only that, but he also does the same on the Discord, he is an incredibly helpful and patient guy, and definitely knows his stuff.

In all seriousness Carlo is a great guy. I see him helping in help and ooc all the time and when he’s not power growing he helps people in game as well

I agree, whenever I ask a quick in /help hes always one of the first to respond and doesn't shy down. When I was a new player he guided me while also trying to get me to go out and try things for myself as hands on experiance is the best.
