What law do you wish to change/add:
8.5: Cultivation of a restricted substance: It is an offence to cultivate/grow a restricted substance (Cocaine, cannabis). (Basic description).
Why should this change/addition be made:
We have laws that state we cannot be in possession of a restricted substance IE, Cannabis and Cocaine however when it comes to raiding a property and arresting someone who is growing drugs then we arrest them for possession even though it's not really. The cultivation of a restricted substance would better fit an arrest, so when a person is arrested during a raid we can see "I'm arresting you for the cultivation of a restricted substance (Cannabis, Cocaine).
What is the aim of this change/addition:
The aim is to improve the law, so that it states cultivation rather then Possession as I feel personally it's silly having possession instead.
