Topic: A clearer alert when you recieve a text message



Short explanation (in notes):
- 'You have received a message' pops up on the screen when you receive a message
- Or 'You feel your phone vibrate in your pocket' when you get a message

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
Ever since the ability to hear others getting a text message, I keep thinking its me getting a message when it isn't. By adding this, it will mean that no one will get mixed up or realize that it is someone else's phone going off.

Like the idea, and I want this to be added, but confusion when people with cell phones are together and one of them get a text message is acctually kinda realistic. They would all think it was them, if they haven't turned on vibration, just like people do in Perp.

I like the 'You feel your phone vibrating in your pocket'. Maybe players can turn on a "Vibration" function for there phones. The phone will ring UNLESS the vibration function is turned on.
