A csgo problem

Hello, everyone!!
I don't know if this is the right place to post this so please don't be mad at me
So I've encountered a problem on CSGO on almost every community server as you see in this picture.

As you see there are a lot of things very high that shouldn't be high :/

It is very annoying and it makes my CSGO lag a lot
If anyone knows the solution of this it would be nice

Try these in an autoexec config, if you dont need that just remove the "" from the numbers and enter them into the console.
rate "128000"
cl_cmdrate "128"
cl_updaterate "128"
cl_interp "0"
cl_interp_ratio "1"
