Okay so you arrive to a 911 call you have the following patients
1 person has broken there legs but overall is fine
1 person has been shot and is bleeding
2 people are bruised
1 person is on the floor moaning
You have to choose who you help first so you have to sort your people into 2 catorgies
little sick : Basiclly fine can wait low priority
Big sick : time critical will die
So your little sick would be the bruised people and the broken leg person.
And your big sick would be yhe person shot and the person on the floor moaning
Where it gets tricky is where to prioritise your big sick. In this case you would have to prioritise the person on the floor moaning for a few reasons
1. You don’t know how long he has been down so taking time to bandage the shot person could be seconds lost
2. You can revive the other person should be required.
(BTW guys big sick vs little sick is an actual thing that is taught IRL to emergency services)
