Suggestion Title: Ability to forgo the tutorial
Suggestion Description: Ability for older player who are lazy to say they've done the tutorial and forgo the rewards so that they can access things like chopshop and darkweb content

Why should this be added?:
- Older players have no reason to do the tutorial

What negatives could this have?:
- new player ooppsie whoopsie :3

What problem would this suggestion solve?: I don't have to do the tutorial missions

It takes maybe 30 minutes at most to complete the tutorial

Biggest negative to this is new players who are actually alt accounts, gaining a starting boost and also the rewards that enables them to do what ever they want to which is mostly malicious such as RDM'ing. This would also show us if someone is an alt account however, really depends.

Clueless new players will also just skip these tutorials and I don't see the harm in these just floating around if you have them as a veteran, just get around to doing them after some time. It's not like there is a time limit.

This could be done by setting a minimum playtime requirement to be able to skip specific missions for the tutorial, however, if they skip it they don't get the rewards

the whole point of the suggestion is them being marked as complete for older players but not getting the rewards
