-Adding the Ability to Rent Apartments and/or other Properties



Detailed description (why should it become added/...) :
This should be added because most new players do not have the money to buy the apartments and/or other properties,when this is added,this should help poor players alot.



Optional additions:
-Get the property taken away from you if you haven't paid the rent for a while.
-Housekeepers?
-Go to the bank to pay the rent every 30 irl minutes.
-Or pay it automatically every 30 irl minutes.

This wouldn't work, and I'll tell you why.

The current apartments cost what, 3-4k? You're suggesting paying 1k per 30 minutes? After a few hours of roleplaying, growing etc you're going to be spending more renting a property than buying it.

We practically rent apartments either way, due to disconnecting meaning you loose it; this could possibly work if the system wasn't like that but that is near impossible with our current playerbase and has a variety of flaws with it.

What happens if you have props inside your property, or drugs and you don't pay your rent? What's the difference between just buying a property?
