Account error

Every now and again I become unable to log into my forum account on any web browser. Although, the only way I can access said account is using steam’s browser funnily enough - so using steams browser I disassociate that account and make a new one (so I can go on forums on normal browser). Is there a way to fix this? So I don’t have to make anymore in the future.
