Why should this player be punished?: I stopped for a few seconds on the T junction on the intersection about to turn past harbour lane towards the back of bazaar and Cata-Lime Ush crashes into me going very fast and tiers my vehicle in the process, he should know in the first place that people stop there to turn which is why everyone decreases their speed at that location, his excuse "You stopped in the middle of the road, I didn't see you"
