Why should this player be punished?: I was detaining a user inside of the Police Department when this user entered the Police Department and killed me for seemingly no reason at all. I had no prior interactions with this user that would warrant such an action.

The user did not accept my friend request on Steam. From the evidence available, I conclude that there was no valid reason for this murder. The user has already been banned for 3 months, so I will add this situation to their ban comments.
