Well it is an AR, so yes, I am that interested; let me provide the names of which demos I would need from you.

So regarding the Slums / P Pass situation that took place on May 14th, I would need two demos from you as well because your demo restarted a minute after you finished off The Peak and again, we would like to watch a few minutes after; here are the demos I need:

Regarding the Suburbs situation that happened earlier today, your demo restarts 8 minutes after the player is killed at subs, so I will be requesting 2 at this time as well if you don't mind:

After watching all 4 of the demos provided, we have come to the conclusion that the two of you have broken 3.2, and 3.4.

While originally we only went through the demos to watch the reported situations, we have also found that the two of you were blatantly metagaming.

To start off regarding the P.Pass situations, after winning a bank robbery your group decided it would be a good idea to immediately go to the Bazaar while warranted for a minute or two, risking your freedoms; also during this time at the Bazaar you two got into a small gunfight with an officer when you both shouldn't have been there in the first place.

After respawning from a Projex raid, Speedy you immediately head down towards RC without saying a word in org chat to see if Moon wanted to meet there, but he was conveniently there when you ran down, as if he was waiting.

About 3 minutes later you two kidnap a medic and PD raid and head straight to Bazaar after leaving PD after 5 minutes.

A few minutes later after killing police, knowing that DNA will most likely be uploaded you two head back to the city after leaving Bazaar, pulling into the Regals parking lot where there are 2 TFU rovers as well as a patrol car, taking quite a while to reverse where Moon then stops at the main intersection for a long while, potentially missing 2 lights when you could've just taken a right to avoid the officers nearby.

During this time in-between main intersection and when you two go down Shady street, Moon is quite clearly baiting police by turning into them, slowing down when passing them; which is obviously going to ping on their ANPR, risking your freedoms again.

39 minutes into one of the P Pass demos is when you bump into an RTU car, slow down around them and take off, again, obviously setting off their ANPR which lead to another pursuit where you ended up killing the officer inside of P Pass when Moon could have sped away from Beach, or kept going back towards RC and up Shady street to flee.

Even after being forced to kill a TFU on the City onramp, you head into City and turn into PD to follow a medic and kill him for snitching, although you're more than aware you're both warranted.

TLDR: Cop baiting and risking your freedoms and lives the entire demo, even a SGT you both stopped next to at main int could be heard saying "I know you guys are warranted but I'm not even going to chase you i cant be bothered"

Now regarding the Subs situation; after killing the player at subs storage the both of you could have fled from cops by speeding down Kalishnikov since the officers were all on foot, but instead Moon decides to stop and the both of you start shooting at police before fleeing, again, heading straight to the Bazaar after this and loitering around before having to gun a cop down that arrived in the rear parking lot.

But what is most interesting of all is once the two of you start a shootout on the City bridge and Speedy blackscreens, he immediately heads towards PD after respawning to crowbar the door inside of the lobby then run away, then returns to get on duty.

After getting on duty Speedy, you run down to the jail cells and conveniently open cell door 5 and only door 5 alone, which happens to be the cell that Moon is in.

Once you free Moon from cell 5, you uncuff him, cuff him again, then uncuff again and let him run up the stairs where he nearly runs into another officer taking someone down, you cuff Moon again, drag him down as if you're dragging a suspect down and once you're far enough away, you unhandcuff him again and he immediately disconnects, all while not saying a word to eachother.

You both are very experienced players and should know better.

Because of these rule breaks;

@Moon will be banned for a year for: 1.6, 3.2 and 3.4, refusing to upload demos, blatantly metagaming, and constantly baiting police into chases and shootouts while warranted.

@Speedy will be banned for 6 months for: 3.2 and 3.4, blatantly metagaming, and following alongside Moon while baiting police into chases and shootouts while warranted.
