Whilst I am aware rule 2.7 was violated in this instance, I think it's also fair to understand that real life situations arise, which you cannot plan for. After all this is a game.

The plan was to check this yesterday, but then half the world decided to not work.

From the demo it is apparent that @21. never saw you prior and when they arrived to the raid, when they glanced over towards you, the property was already being broken into.

As for the rest, they were previously outside and there's no expectation from players to continously check the area whether it's clear.

@fatgirllover I also wonder why you have a paramedic with you, when you are attempting to pull over somebody who fits the description of a warranted suspect... Please refrain from doing so in the future.
