Why should this player be punished?: This player clearly went on and meta gamed while being arrested for something worthy of a "jailbreak," which was shown in this video as an extremely poor "attempt." No matter what, this is concrete proof of metagaming and this gentleman (just like anybody else) should be held accountable especially since this action was done alongside staff whilst (an) administrator(s) were in call; whilst not staff and on top of everything only less than 2 weeks ago.

What did I specifically say about this situation?

You only have an issue with this after he has punished you. The clip can be anywhere from between January and April as stated by Mallard in his video description.

On top of that, you waited almost a month after the video has been posted to post any complaints/action requests. And as such I will be updating your ban to reflect your violations of 1.4 as I made is very clear to you that is what would happen.
