Why should this player be punished?: Broke 3.4. The player was told at gun point to stop taking DNA of a body, the medic refused to and said something like "if you shoot me you will get perm banned". The clip doesn't have audio but I would be fine with being demo requested to prove this if he denies it.

@Aeywoo, can you please explain why you decided to take DNA while the suspect was still on scene and gun pointed you? They've also indicated that you replied with the comment that if they killed you, you were going to get them permanently banned. I will wait for your response.

It has been over 24 hours and attempts to contact Aeywoo have been exhausted. Based on the evidence provided in this action request, this will be accepted. The user will be issued a warning against their record for the following offense(s):

'3.4, 4.2 - The user, while on-duty as Paramedic, entered a crime scene that was not previously cleared by police and began taking DNA on a body. When the suspect gun pointed and told the EMS to stop, they refused and continued on - resulting in getting themselves killed for no good reason.'
