Why should this player be punished?: He mugged me at Slums stairs which is a public area, he also shot an unarmed man (Gary Ahmed) without warning him.

Because of this, I lost: 1x Walther PPK with a loaded magazine, 1x Flashlight, 1x Phone and 3x Bandages.
