Why should this player be punished?: 3.4 - The person was actively speeding and drifting next to a barely finished raid scene in subs, the person drifted around a corner and so i waited for him to pull him over, he failed to do so initiating a pursuit after him, causing him to get spiked, the person put his life at danger over a speeding / reckless driving fine.
