Why should this player be punished?: Player broke gunpoint to kill me after a pursuit. Both POVs are included so it can be seen that I was visible from his eyes.

You had already shot at me, yet even when you had me at gunpoint AFTER shooting at us. You gave me no commands. I am not going to wait to be shot when you've already shot at me, proving you want to cause harm to me. When you could've gunpointed me you went blank and said nothing to me making me think you're just wanting to shoot me since you already caused my bodily harm.

I am fairly certain I did, but my demo does not capture my own audio. That being said, I had come up to the window and directly gunpointed you. I wouldn't say it's reasonable to assume the cop is about to just straight up execute you once you exit a vehicle, either when they've stopped shooting to come up and gunpoint you because you aren't actively armed and firing back.

I mentioned him because his voice is in the clips and he's the one who uploaded the videos, as he viewed the demo for me while I was continuing to play. I also wanted to be clear about the use of external communications software.

Demos show when you're speaking i'm pretty sure. You had shot at me, already trying to kill me. I am not going to wait around for you to keep shooting at me. You made the mistake of shooting at me already and then not following up with any directions further to this situation, which most cops would. In my mind you've already shot at me and you've made no attempt to arrest me, just shoot me. You can tell the voice audio clip you class as "you" isn;t you, but the other cop trying to gun point my friend who already had his gun pulled before hand.
You had also never said get out of your car with your hands up once even before shooting. It's your own fault for already shooting at me and then not following up with commands. I could aim a gun at you, and am i supposed to know your actions after through mind reading?
