Why Should This Player Be Punished:
Pretty much what happened was this guy was raided by @King Brad who took Cheeky Chef's gun however asked me to bring my raptor in order to transport the drugs, when we went back he had re-spawned already so we asked him to open the door and he refused so we shot through, we then bobby pinned the door and walked inside to see an unarmed man standing there; I point a gun at him and tell him several times to get on the ground. He pulls out the gun and points it towards me, I then see he does this and shoot around him to scare him however he opens fire at me and kills me, along with two other unarmed people.
Blatant break of 3.4, several times.

I'll upload a demo if need-be, however could the Admin at hand request it due to uploading them being absolutely aids with my internet.
