Why should this player be punished?: Planning on raiding seeing door open. Person did not obey with a gun pointed at him clearly he did not have a gun in his hands. Did not obey FEARRP/value his life

As you can clearly first off see, he was not pointing a single gun at me in my pov aswell as no commands being given due to the fact in his clip he is whispering. On top of that I had very clear cover to run into. I rest my case that the rule was not broken.
