Why should this player be punished?: the situation started with a shootout caused by a misunderstanding between 2 orgs, no crowbaring to the base was attempted, no gunpointing happened and no trespassing onto the property occured therefore it was not a raid, this means that the user code monkey had broken 3.4 as shown in the rules "Remaining near shootouts while unarmed/uninvolved, or with the intention of looting weapons." the user also said he countered the raid, it was never a raid to be "countered" so i dont know how thats possible, the users demo has to be requested for this to be investigated, i have already asked Efan if i needed evidence for this to be investigated and he said that its up to the investigating staff member to get the demo

im not sure where i said "grab their demo" but my pov is useless in this situation as i was not in the middle of the situation at this point as i was trying to value my life and survive, ive already asked efan if i need to provide my pov and it seems like i dont need to, determined by his response
