Why should this player be punished?: 1.1 3.4 2.5They were minging around and decided to throw bottles at my car for no reason in response to this I threw a molotov at his feet in self defence and he decided to shoot me. I managed to successfully run him over and steal his gun however after he died he decided to come back and kill me. He decided to needlessly escalate a situation that he created. He also metagamed and broke character while trying to deal with the situation with police saying he remembered my name from when I was arrested

https://streamable.com/qoku20 (You can see here cops were round the corner when he decided to shoot me in full view of the PD NPC and realistically there would've been a lot of cops inside to deal with this so he wouldn't have stood a chance. The PD alarm was also going off so it was obvious police were on their way)
