Why should this player be punished?: Player stole my car, tiered it because he was driving like an idiot at high speed, and on the wrong side of the road, player then broke 3.4 by refusing to follow commands under gunpoint, attempting to drive away, kept talking out of character, and then finally, drew a katana whilst under direct gunpoint, resulting in his swift death. Big funny, but I'm out 20K because he tiered my car.
