Why should this player be punished?: Repeatedly breaking raid timers. Once was a few days ago when they raided bunker with his friends, lost, and came back 10 minutes later. They did the same now but with Regals 5 (as of when I'm posting this AR).
No staff are on so I can't get all the info required. Logs should have it all though.
