Why should this player be punished?: This player assisted a Mass RDMer by leading him to my location so that he could kill me. This RDMer had already killed me once and had already tried to kill me again at bazaar before I escaped to the monorail station. I believe that he (Aleksej) did this to take revenge on me as I had killed him prior to this incident for taking a gun from me. Aleksej claims that it was a coincidence and that he was just helping a friend who happened to be looking for me but I'm sure when the demo is reviewed it will show he did it purposefully and used the other player as a proxy to evade punishment

I have reviewed the demo and here are my conclusions:

@AlexanderL You have lied to my face, and to the face of the player who reported you.

Spencer Wartburton was not your friend, but someone used by you to elimitate another player.

You clearly had an argument with @NoHailMary at the beginning of the demo. Then you have died. You came back to bazaar after a while, where you met Spencer. You saw him RDM a police officer, and then you aided him to kill more cops. Later on, you placed a hit on @NoHailMary, and the person that was supposed to score that hit was Spencer. You clearly shown him the picture of @NoHailMary telling him that this is the player you want dead. You also offered to give him a firearm to finish that hit with.

You also lied to me, as you said that Spencer was looking for @NoHailMary, but it was you placing a hit. You told us that you were leading him unaware of the shots, but in reality placed yourself in between Spencer, who was actively shooting his gun and @NoHailMary.

The thing that disguists me the most, is that you were either aware that spencer was actively RDMing people, or that he is a new player who doesnt know how to play the game yet. You have decided to put him in the middle of serious trouble, or assist a MassRDMmer.

This situation is 100% between you and @NoHailMary, you broke 3.5 and 2.5 by placing the hit, 3.4 by being involved in a one-sided shootout without a gun while running about, 1.4 by either assisting a massRDMmer or abusing a new player to deal with your issues and 1.6 because you blatantly lied to everyone about the situation.

The fact that you wasted a lot of my time in the report, assuring me that spencer was your friend, whom you helped to find a player he wanted to kill, that this whole situation wasnt about an argument between you and @NoMailMary, and that you was not aware that spencer was shooting at the and of that demo, even puts you in a worse situation. You even didnt take the chance to come clean when I requested that demo, knowing that i am eventually going to watch that and find out.


As if that wasnt enough, your record for 2.5, 3.4 and 1.4 is terrible, and it clearly shows that you need a lot of time to think about what you have done, and familiarize yourself with the rules better. You are banned for more than you play the server in the last 4 months.


To sum up the situation:

@AlexanderL will be recieving a 3 month ban with the following reason:

1.4, 1.6, 2.5, 3.4, 3.5 - User used another (New) player to score a hit on a player with whom he's had an argument in his past life. He put his life in danger by constantly putting himself between a shooter and a vitim. He lead that player to the victim actively assisting him with the hit. The player claimed, that he was just assisting his "friend" to find that player, but the hitman was not his friend at all. After this, he blatantly lied about every single part of that situation to my face, and to the face of the player reporting him both in a report and in a sit. I made the decision about the length of the ban due to the massive amout of time I wasted on that report, as well as by watching a demo, the player lying and a horrible record for pretty much every rule broken in this case.
