Why should this player be punished?: We got a report of an armed civilian in the bank, after I pulled up I told everyone to put their hands up and Marcus Lamar refused to do so and decided to run away and get into his friends car. I managed to ram them of the road and told them once again to put their hands up which all of they failed to do and instead of putting their hands up started running in different directions... I was then gunned down and unfortunately only had 1 bullet in my mag(((
