Why should this player be punished?: Player seemingly decided to engage in countering a raid whilst cops where on scene, according to the staff member he was there for 5+ minutes but only intervened when cops where there so I believe he broke 3.4 as he would be unecassarily putting his life at risk shooting infront of cops when tbh he had ample time of us running around without guns out to mug/kill or intervene but did nothing

You can see him crouching by a tree in the clip (I didnt even notice as I was so focused on cops)

I would like my gun back, I believe my friend in the clip also died to him

The user has since failed to accept my attempts to reach out.

However, they have been on the server multiple times since. I will request their demo and review this situation once it has been accepted.

Player clearly broke 3.4, and arrived on scene for the purpose of help the cops defend against you and counter your raid, when he had no association with the property.

This player will receive a 3 day ban for violating this rule.

Furthermore, this player then entered and breached the room with the last cop that was left assisting as backup, so the associated cop @MarkusPliers will also receive a warning for violating rule 4.1.

Please make a Refund Request to receive your UMP and Pistol back.
