Why should this player be punished?: Player bluntly ignores GP breaking 3.4 and then proceeds to store the weapon he then proceeds to pull a gun on me and try and kill me from behind but flops hard. I think he should be punished as he avoided a 9.5 sentence reducing it from a 10 to 5 minute timer by dying and also stores a gun benefiting from the raid in which he died as well as with the drugs harvested in the raid still on him.

I would like to add that he was okay to break GP as they was shooting but he still stored guns at gun point and had a solid 5 seconds where he had a chance to surrender till I engaged with his friend

You did not maintain a continuous gunpoint for more than two seconds throughout the entire video, you were getting shot from other directions. In this situation the user in question had a fair chance to attempt and kill you.
