Why should this player be punished?: user killed me by using his vehicle becouse I arrested friend of his for petty crime (10.1 harrasment) and she was suppose to face 1 year in prison thats when heh eard that he jumped in his dodge and drove me over (I think hitting his friend too) 2 times in a second time he killed me
