Why should this player be punished?: Details:
this player got into an accident with me where i was trying to enter the police parking lot, and was unsatisfied with the officer's final choice of giving me a ticket (which was unjustified, he was going 90 in a 30 zone) came back to me, SHOT ME which isn't the first time but the first time he said it was an "accident" so i let it slide, its probably logged, then he followed me to road crew, hit my car, i tried ignoring him, i got stuck then the situation became what it is in this video, just... what the HELL just happened? i'll list everything wrong he did in this video:
1-RDM
2-mugging in public place
3-extreme situation escalation (overly negative behavior)
4-fail RP (asking me to take money out of my ATM)
before you tell me "you should've complied at gun point" if a mugger IRL asks me to go to t he ATM and get him money from my account, i am either dying that day or i am going back home insanely injured, i am NOT going to give a mugger the money in my bank, hell i Faught back muggers for WAY LESS in my pockets.
unimportant side note, the extreme grunting you hear from me is because i am in constant pain because of a recent accident that broke the left half of my body, and i have high sens on my recording software.
