Why should this player be punished?: 3.4 When I gunpointed them to mug them they ran up the stairs to then bring me to their friend who shot at me then put their hands up. They did this so I will be shot, they were going back and forth with the dd, so I knew they had items on them, I would like to request a refund for their items if possible too.

Fenix did as Kempotent states, run from gunpoint up the stairs and therefore violated rule 3.4. It was a close one and Fenix attempted to crouch to take cover behind the ledge of the stairs but was still visible and at that point should've stopped and put his hands up but you continue up the stairs. Because of this Fenix will be receiving a warning for 3.4 however we will not be able to refund the items he had on him.
