Why should this player be punished?: This player broke 3.15 100% as they rammed into cars and blocked off the highway in ways damage to their car was inevitable.

They also broke 3.4 as in the process of breaking 3.15 they ended up killing themselves in this clip.

And lastly this is up to debate. I have watched all the footage from all POVs and from my opinion I could not find any evidence of cheating or foul play. From what I can tell he was targeting cars indiscriminately, and what he was doing did not help 1 specific person win.

Unless he can provide evdience otherwise I think he also broke 2.5 as he did this with no real benefit.

Firstly, there isn't any evidence against my client (Tyler Allen) to say his actions weren't justifiable and that what he did wasn't to help someone else win the race.
Secondly, in the video titled "Watch radostef" are you not risking your life whilst speeding? and who's to say that he wasn't reversing to avoid the vehicles, and also if you're to bring up that he did the same sort of act in the video titled "Watch 3.15" who's to say he wasn't trying to pull out and that both times were purely coincidental.

i cut off all the people at the beginning of the race to help or benefit my friends that were way back in line and my car was sideways on the ramp because at first i wanted to block of some cars for my friends but then i realized this is maybe a bad idea so i tried backing up as you can see in one of the clips but i Unfortunately died while doing so
