Why should this player be punished?: Like I said you cant hear my own mic in windows 10 recording but it is obviously clear I am mugging him here and he runs out of the shop at Gunpoint, getting his gun out and killing me.

I checked this players warns and bans, he has many in the past and has already been warned for 3.4 this year.

I saw you take a revolver in your hand without pointing it when I took out my gun. It maybe did not look like that for you but it did for me as I had 200ms and 10 fps. Maybe you should watch your own ban records instead of mine I have been punished once in the past year or smth.
