This was not resolved in-game. I never made f6 on this player, his warning that day is from a different incident/person earlier as he try burn more than 1 shop i think

The player in question was under the illusion that doing this was allowed, having been told so by another player, and received a punishment for doing it again not long after (as you are aware). They have been educated on this topic and now understand that doing this is categorically not allowed, for this reason I will not be issuing further punishment or changing their current punishment as I don't believe it would achieve anything.
