Why should this player be punished?: I was in storage and this person killed me without a justifiable reason, I came with my car and accidentally ran him over it wasn't big. the dude then demanded that I give him stim pack, I didn't and then he shot me @Galle

Maybe next time when making an AR include the whole clip where it shows you intentionally running me over.

I already said you ran me over but it wasn't something you would shoot someone for

You can see in my clip, that instead of parking in the spot next to the one he hit me in, he decided to ram into me almost killing me. (I was on the "you're going to die son". And he could've easilly swerved away instead of running me over. Looks very intentional to me.

nothing intentional about it you seem to take it too personally, on top of that cars have delay and shit ping. you sat on the middle of the parking lot what did you expect

After discussing this with another staff member, we are going to deny this Action Request. The reasons are stated below:

Running over Hjaite could have been avoided; you did not attempt to brake or avoid hitting him, which made the incident look intentional. While accidents do happen and Rule 2.5 disallows killing another player over an accident, you made no effort to help Hjaite by calling EMS or paying his medical bills. Furthermore, mocking Hjaite by dropping only $5 worsened your position, as the negative actions taken against him were never made right.

While it was excessive for Hjaite to immediately kill Sir Sofiane, as he could have walked to the hospital or called the police, we are allowing it in this instance because the initial negative actions were never rectified by you.

Next time, just be nice to each other.
