Why should this player be punished?: Rdmed me and the mayor for shits and giggles i guess so random, taxes were good and no war on drugs just the feeling of killing the mayor i guess

Somewhat involved, this wasn't a random attack. When I got on Hoblit was telling me about how you was baiting him to the cops, how the cops shot him for having binoculars out and such so we created an RP scene around the Mayor and putting him on edge. Dick Harris even warned you about his "Uncle Prick Harris" as evident in your clip David Giggle saying "Tell the Mayor he's here and Steve Phromkraft".
From my involvement I was calling Dick Harris telling him I have his cat as a hostage and to meet our demands so he would meet with Prick, thats as far as my involvement goes, but this was not a random attack nor RDM as you are trying to claim.
I believe you knew what was coming as you have interacted with Prick Harris prior to the shootout, such as when you was at car dealer and said "Awh I dont get to shoot no one today, boring" contradicting this entire action request, which I believe was made in bad faith since you "lost".

I think your accusation of rdm was a little to hasteful. I believe Prick Harris had more than enough reason to want me dead after an interaction we had earlier which led to his arrest. If you are secret service, you have to expect that stuff like this can happen, it doesn't always have to be over policies and taxes. I'm sorry if I didn't make it clear to you but I thought I mentioned multiple times that me and Prick Harris had serious beef.

I want to clarify what happened in the situation earlier. This wasn’t just RDM. When I jokingly commented on the color of his car, he VDM’d me immediately afterward. You didn’t have that part in your clip, even though when I asked, you said you didn’t have the any recording.

After that incident, he went AFK for hours, which came across as avoiding punishment. Then he kept returning and repeating similar actions like shooting everyone in city hall in the face. From my perspective, this became repeated RDM/VDM with no valid RP reason provided. Saying someone “has beef” doesn’t justify attacking multiple people without context, especially when nothing meaningful was established in roleplay.
To me, this looks like poor RP and possibly favouritism because key parts of his wrongdoing weren’t included in the clip.

From the mayor's testimony, there was sufficient historical animosity between Prick Harris and Dick Harris to warrant the attempted shooting.
