Why should this player be punished?: i was responding to a raid when this vehicle stopped in front of me and shot me for now reason. they stated they were bank robbers in ooc but i did not know that nor did i have any interaction with them to seem like i was trying to arrest them

Yo, I was one of the people that killed you. We had legit just robbed bank, and gotten the drop off location. We had just drove past you and you started coming up behind us with lights and sirens. We assumed you're ANPR had pinged us since we had just drove past.
Also, Not trying to be rude but, we legit told you why we shot you. Looking at the clip you legit started coming right after us as we passed you.

So for starters, we had done a loud bank robbery that NO cops responded to for some reason, so we assumed that all of the cops went thru the tunnels and missed us leaving out the opposite way.
Therefore, we were already on extremely high alert because that means ALL cops can interact with us (as none of them died at bank).
Unfortunately for you, from our perspective it seemed as if you were making an attempt to stop us from delivering the money at Substation and turned your loud sirens on upon getting in close proximity of us.
Just very unlucky that you ran into five wanted bank robbers who were heading to Substation from Farm to deliver $1.2m in cash.
Honest misunderstanding.
