Why should this player be punished?: 2.5 - Fired upon my vehicle at City Garage, after being run over once by me (accidentally). Despite being run over by someone else, then getting launched into my vehicle, he decided to take it out on me rather than the 1st driver whose driving led to him getting run over by me. I would've made a report in-game, but they disconnected almost instantly after I finished them off.

The user has been online since I tagged him and has chosen to ignore it. Along with this, the evidence is quite clear what happened. The user will receive a 2 week ban for his actions
