Why should this player be punished?: 2.5 3.4 - User decided to gunpoint me in bazar and tell me to get out of here for no reason and when i try to punish him for that but i didnt had bullets in mag he actually kills me

You're punching in his direction so I don't really mind him gunpointing you and telling you to leave the area for that reason. You then chose to draw your own gun when around the corner in order to escalate the situation into a shootout. It's no one's fault but your own that you did not have a fully loaded magazine and you being shot and killed after choosing to escalate the situation is completely valid.

I don't see 2.5 or 3.4 being violated in the clip you provided.
