Why should this player be punished?: shot me for no reason. in f6 admin said he was doing a raid. Raid infront of a police officer???????

chokolad tomte has stated the following: "Anyways im pretty sure the f6 is enough of a input in my opinion as I said that he just got hit in crossfire when I was shooting the cop who started running"

He is referring to an F6 I opened with him in game following your report to ask him at the time what the reason for shooting you was.

I will be requesting a demo to look into his perspective of the incident further.

(involved) Yh there was something going Tim got caught in the cross fire but at the same time all the shots landed directly on tim not a single fire when past him which is strange as you whould think he whould stop shotting tim if he was aiming for the officer

Having checked the demo for Choklad Tomte's perspective of the situation, and reviewing with the following @Allen Kennedy @TYMON007 and @Efan, I've decided that the incident is a break of rule 2.5 specifically for the following reasons:

Running towards church away from the active raid at regals with the intent of killing a police officer who was handling a separate situation and were not in any way endangering the life of the raider/s, also then killing a civilian who was uninvolved regardless of this being intentionally or not.

Given the players recent record a ban of 1 week will be issued.
