Why should this player be punished?: 3.4, 2.5 She ran over an officer for seemingly no reason and began a high-speed chase with cops, which ended up with her being arrested for failure to stop for law enforcement.

first im really sorry to the people i upset here, i wasnt trying to mess anything up or hurt anyone, i was driving eddie socks car just to try it out and it was honestly my first time driving it, his car is super hard to control and i didnt know it would be that hard. when i ran over that cop i was actually breaking cuz i saw him and i panicked and clicked A instead of D by mistake, i mixed them up in the moment and it really wasnt on purpose, it was just an accident. i did laugh and then i said im sorry right after, i didn’t mean for any of it to happen like that. i ran after cuz i thought i was gonna get charged with 9.2 and freaked out. i know i shouldnt have done that and i regret how i handled everything. im honestly sorry, i didn’t mean to cause problems or make anyone feel disrespected, i know what i did was wrong and i take full responsibility and wont do it again :3

Mate, the officer said you were laughing while running him over. Idk about you. But I believe my colleague. Plus government officials cannot lie at all, and the guy who reported you was a senior officer ontop of that.

It seems like @lucybradford's demo was corrupted due to a server-side issue, so I have requested @Lau chong's demo "perpheads_demo_2025-6-24 09-01-57" instead.

It is your responsibility to drive carefully, and if you get on a car you have never driven before you should, at the very least, make sure your bad driving does not impact the experience of other users. In this case, you ran over a cop due to your poor handling, which led to an unnecessary pursuit. Given this, I will be warning you for 3.15 and 2.5. However, I will show some leniency, and I will not be warning you for 3.4, as I will take your word that it was in fact an accident, and therefore you decided to run away from a 9.2 charge that you did not cause on purpose.
