Why should this player be punished?: 2.5 and user mugged me in public for some reason this individual killed me with no prior interaction and mugged me despite me literally crafting for 1-3 hours straight at bazzar before me scouting a raid this user also mugged me in public and shot me

I was in the middle of basing when I heard people nearby. The people I was basing with were planning on raiding the guys below us. In the demo, you can see I am silently crouching because I heard someone close, and then they came in through the back door. I had my gun out and told this person to put their hands up, but they ran around to the front door instead (which I believe should be considered a rule break).

At this point, you were the only person outside, and my impression was that you were trying to get into the house and were somehow associated with the individuals we were planning to raid. I told you to put your hands up, and right then, the front door opened and someone with a gun came out shooting. I started shooting to avoid being killed. In the demo, you can also see that even after we had guns pointed at you, you began to run once we started shooting back.

I genuinely thought you were associated with those people, so I didn’t want to take any chances. My apologies, but this was my point of view.

Before issuing a verdict, I will be asking SleepySquirrel (Gerald Hamod) why they ran away under gun-point. Since they do not have a forums account, I will be attempting to reach out to them through Discord and In-Game.

Well you also mugged me in public via taking my gun and losing it alongside killing me. Also for the part of me running im genuinely not going to sit and spectate a shootout id rather attempt to run away than be in some crossfire. Actively breaking 2.5 and 5.1 mugging me for no reason and executing me for no reason heavily impacting my experience as later on your org proceeded to break nlr numerous times (in a separate AR) and mug/basically mrdm random people. Also regarding why you done it in the first place its still invalid as you gped me for just looking around regals which isn't a crime nor a threat and you should actually confirm what you're doing in the first place as you basically slaughtered random people in your petty org rivalries. You made no attempt to even contact me and I dont know what type of reckless ludicrous judgement was made here in my relation to any of you people as I am not friends with a single person in regals 1 lol. Tldr 2.5 and 5.1 gunning me down and mugging me for no reason besides yk what idk why you even done that regardless tbf.

uhh, i pretty much just panicked at the time and he had me under gunpoint for like half a second man so i just dipped, i thought i had enough time to sucsessfully get away and well,, i did in the end. maybe he would of shot me if i did actually risk my life, but he didnt, i got around the corners in time and he didnt manage to shoot me. so fight or flight you know, i flighted yeah. final words, it was late at night we were all tired. feel free to ban me, i need a break from the server anyway. im cooked. thanks!​

@currybacon I understand you wanted to take precautions, but gun-pointing and taking the guns from someone just because he is near the property, without any evidence of his involvement, is not acceptable. Also, MJ did not break the rules when he was stripped of his gun and he attempted to run when a shootout started, and he stopped when he was gun-pointed again. Still, you decided to kill him which, once again, should not have happened as you did not properly investigate whether he was basing with the people in Regals 1 or not. Also, you probably were shot because the person in white notified his friends inside that you had tried to gun-point him. For this you will receive a warning, as your record is almost clean and you have apologized and accepted your mistake in the AR.

I do not think SleepySquirrel was in a position to run away from gun-point, but since the evidence has expired, I will be re-requesting the demo/demo video to further analyze it and issue a verdict separately, as this report is not targetted at them.

I do not think MJ broke the rules here, for the reasons stated on the first parragraph. Make a refund request and link this Action Request as the reason, I will reply to it shortly.
