Why should this player be punished?: As seen on clip below, the user was homophonic calling me a F*ggot, this shouldn't be tolerated at all, as stated in rule 1.2 Discrimination: Any form of discrimination is not tolerated in an out-of-character context. Racism and homophobia are not tolerated in-character.

(The SteamID and steam name is from what i have searched me too and maybe not correct but the roleplay name is 100% correct)
