Why should this player be punished?: 3.4 User was under direct gunpoint from 2 officers one of them being an armed TFU officer and pulled out a bat only to be shot and killed by us.

From the evidence provided, I can clearly see that this was a blatant violation of 3.4 from @crocks.

Despite being new, crocks, you've been here since the late-middle of May and I would expect you to understand that this was simply not acceptable. Your main goal when playing PERP is to keep yourself alive and avoid doing things that will unnecessarily put your life and freedom in significant risk, if you have two guns directed at you point-blanc then your only viable option would be to comply with their orders - as you should have done here.
