Why should this player be punished?: Jay and travis had been waiting outside my apartment for the raid timer to expire and was repeatedly spam knocking on my door for minutes and placed a piano right next to me to spam just to annoy me. Then travis decides to throw a flashbang right at my front door for some reason.

My apartment was raided three times by the same large group that included Jay and travis which started to harass me after the second raid had concluded. Whilst waiting for the raid timer to reset they repeatedly trolled me by throwing a flashbang at my door, spamming the piano right outside my apartment (which is hard to hear from the demo clip), and even had multiple players spam-knocking on my door for several minutes they went on and on just trying to annoy which after calling the in-game cops a couple of times I finally opened a report to no response.

Mind you, you had my planter in your apartment and you didn't want to give it back. This was simply an attempt to get it back.

First "raid" didnt count - We never opened the door and instead got arrested by police.

The second raid was successful using a bomb and was a normal raid, I had pretty much no participation in this one because I kept getting disconnected,

You then raided my apartment after we left and took one of my planters (I knew it was you because you labelled it with something along the lines of "get arrested xd")

The final raid was after the timer had expired and I went inside to kill you in response to finding my planter in your apartment after you had left.


I'd finally like to point out my planter that was indeed in your apartment in your bathroom at the time.

I just want to clarify that your property was raided twice. Through the definition of a raid, one of them didn't count. There was also another failed attempt at the start of all this, which didn't count.

Also, you're allowed to raid the same property, you just have to wait an hour between raids.

By the way, because I'm technically involved, I won't be handling this. Just so you know.

I never said you broke the timer I just stated the context. You pretty much broke 2.1, 3.3, & 3.4. especially when throwing that flash I said you were constantly spamming my door for 8 mins asking for the planter which I said to go to city hall to claim (you can read this in chat in the video) and you threw a flashbang and was spamming a piano at my door for an attempt to get your planter back how does that work????? When I labeled your planter get raided xd that was when the cops raided you for raiding me, so that was a lie. Also how was my apartment unlocked when I had left for a couple of mins all of the sudden my apartment unlocks and you find your planter in the bathroom? Someone must've have raided in the span of a couple mins bc all I did was my casino spins and come back, only you guys would know that bc you were the only ones living there. So either you called someone to raid, did it yourself, or by a sliver of chance some random did it regardless I don't think throwing a flashbang to try to get something back you may or may not know is in there is appropriate.

Fair enough I forgot the rule change was recent.

Travis mentioned how he knew I had the planter due to the name of it, these are his exact words " (I knew it was you because you labelled it with something along the lines of "get arrested xd")" however when looking at the demo I renamed your planter to the word "FUN" which how would that equal to me raiding your base? The only way you would know this would be through OOC when I had mentioned how is it "FUN" to raid with such a large group and yet you somehow knew it was 100% me, you used OOC information to determine your decision that I had your planter which would be another rule break.

The only time the word "FUN" was mentioned was in the screenshot down below in out of character chat.

I figured as the only other active occupant inside that you had the second planter so I harrassed you in game to get it back. Doesn't mean I was certain at the time but it made sense to me. This whole knocking on your door, piano playing, flashbang at the door is all in game actions that should be handled by police, not by staff. You did indeed call police due to the knocking and it was handled.

After this whole situation you left your apartment and one of my org mates raided into your empty property, with nothing but my planter in there. This is how I knew it was in there for certain. Since the apartment was empty and we met no other players, this didn't count as a raid.

We then returned after the timer from the 2nd "big raid" and raided your apartment. This is where I saw you and shot you as I had reason to do so given the fact that you stole my planter and kept it inside.

Throwing grenades is an escalation that threatens your life. Nothing was gained from that flash, not even any form of RP or any advantage on your side. It's unrealistic and threatens freedom. You can get easily banned from evading a speeding ticket and that is a PD matter. The police were called multiple times, yet the behavior persisted, leaving no choice but to escalate the issue to staff. Flashbangs should be tools meant for tactical purposes, not for harassment or intimidation over a planter dispute. I do not see why throwing an explosive at an apartment door is ok such behavior is far from realistic, as no reasonable person would throw a flashbang in a residential building just to retrieve a personal item, especially because before that flash you guys were harassing me. This just seems like an attempt to annoy me further? That's a clear rule break of 2.1, & 3.4.

Could you please explain the reason behind that flashbang?

The planter name "get arrested" or "fun" does not give you CLEAR indication that it was me raiding you, especially cause I used "fun" in OOC (which will break metagame) and you mods KNOW that you have to be 100% certain before taking action. You cannot "guess" or assume.
